Delete your A+ Social account

In the app (instant)

1. Open A+ Social and go to Settings.
2. Tap Delete everything and confirm.

Your account and everything linked to it are deleted straight away: profile and photos, location, chats, messages, photos and voice messages you sent, waves, Marketplace listings, and your notification token.

Without the app

Email from any address with the subject “Delete my account” and your first name and age as shown in the app. We delete the account within 7 days and confirm by email.

What we keep

Reports you made about other people are kept for up to 90 days for safety review, without your profile. Accounts not opened for 30 days are deleted automatically.

Di aplikasi: buka Pengaturan › Hapus semuanya lalu konfirmasi. Semua data langsung dihapus. Tanpa aplikasi: kirim email ke dengan subjek “Hapus akun saya”; kami hapus dalam 7 hari.
